- PARKING - General parking at The Wharf is free and available on a first come, first served basis. Premier Paid Parking may be available for select shows.
- BAG POLICY - Clear totes may be no larger than 12 × 12 × 8 inches, and small handbags may be no larger than 5 × 7 inches. Check the current policy before your show.
- PAYMENT - The Wharf Amphitheater is cashless. Major credit cards are accepted.
- ENTRY & REENTRY - Give yourself extra time to park, walk to the Amphitheater and enter the venue. Once your ticket has been scanned, reentry is not permitted.
- ACCESSIBILITY - Accessible parking and seating accommodations are available. Guests needing individual assistance should contact The Wharf Amphitheater Box Office before the concert.
- WEATHER - The Amphitheater is an open air venue and concerts are held rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted inside.
