- PARKING - General parking is currently $10 and Premium Parking is $30. ADA parking is available in both parking areas.
- BAG POLICY - Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches are permitted. Small clutch bags up to 6 × 6 × 6 inches are also allowed.
- PAYMENT - The Sound is a cashless venue. Major credit cards are accepted at the box office, concessions and merchandise stands, and there are no ATMs onsite.
- WEATHER - The Sound is an outdoor venue and events are scheduled rain or shine. Umbrellas are not permitted, so the venue recommends bringing a poncho when rain is expected.
- ACCESSIBILITY - Accessible parking, seating, entrances and restrooms are available. Accessible parking near the main entrance is first come, first served for vehicles with valid accessible tags.
- LAWN SEATING - General Admission Lawn seating is first come, first served. Lawn chairs are not permitted, but blankets are allowed.
